The Web portfolio works great! Last Tuesday I had sent out my Web portfolio to a senior officer of a company that I had been targeting. I received a call early the next morning from the Dir. of HR informing me that this sr. officer wanted to schedule an appointment for an interview right away.
Upon reviewing my ACT database, I realized that I had sent this same individual my previous resume back in August with no results. I am finding that those people who received my old resume and are now receiving my new portfolio are taking a more serious look at me. - Brent

She was very impressed. She really liked the additional Accomplishments section which allowed her to ask more detailed questions about my background and learn about me quicker. She also said it was very user friendly. The only negative she mentioned was that some of the folks in the industry that don't understand technology may start off thinking I'm arrogant because of the picture and bold representation. - Jeff
